JOB DESCRIPTION:

Broadband Telecom Services is looking for a detail-oriented candidate to coordinate the day-to-day administrative tasks of invoicing our customers for the work performed by our various construction crews. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully create solutions in a cross-functional environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Teamwork minded and solution oriented
• Operates well in cross-functional fast paced environment
• Create and send out invoices to customers
• Resolve issues with customer statements
• Ensure that client files are updated with payments or credits
• Highlight any discrepancies between billing codes and invoice accounts
• Enter invoices into invoicing web platform
• Initiate and establish new procedures for billing tasks
• Handle billing inquiries from customers across multiple markets
• Log purchase orders into our project platform (Penguin Data)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets (Microsoft Office) and accounting software (QuickBooks)
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
• High level of written and verbal communication skills and strong organization skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
• Ability to be organized and keep up with multiple invoices and billing codes

• Employ problem solving skills and analysis, and notifies appropriate supervisors related to problems or complaints

• Organize all customer purchase orders, expense reports, and any other applicable reporting as needed
• Prepare and provide general reports from various software’s for review weekly
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and provided general assistance to other employees as directed
