Job description
Job Summary: Manage all inventory in the Gift Shops. Assist in coordinating of merchandise. Receive and inventory of new and existing merchandise, ensure inventory control, provide customer service. Minimal scheduling possibilities, lead and assist volunteers and/or any other support staff engaged in customer service and stock management activities. Partner with Gift Shop Manager, CaroMont Foundation and Volunteer Auxiliary on the Auxiliary scholarship program.
Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Two years of related experience, preferably in the retail field. Ability to lift forty pounds. Knowledge of merchandising and accounting techniques, methods, and procedures. Considerable ability in strong organizational skills, ability to manage considerable data, communicate with, and motivate people.
