Inventory Specialist Job Summary
include handling inventory. Processing both the physical and systematic flow of the inventory. Ensuring the accuracy of all transactions. Providing a shared service to all team members. Meeting inventory goals as set by the senior inventory leadership.
Inventory Specialist Responsibilities
- Assist in processing data sheets entry of warehouse for main location.
- Maintain inventory by identifying, stocking, receiving, reordering, and organizing materials.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system on hands.
- Audit and research all inventory for receiving, loading, and entry errors
- Ensure all locations are adhering to RBC inventory policies, procedures, and processes
- Control and organize storage, inventory, and yard space.
- Load, offload, pre stage, and organize all inventory.
- Interact with customers (Internal and External) to resolve problems or answer questions
- Maintain records, utilize specialized reports, and document relevant information.
- Review all paperwork confirm the correct pricing, quantity, and materials were received
- Operating forklift and other various pieces of equipment.
- 8-hour shifts between 6am-6pm
- 70% physical labor, 30% data entry
- Travel 10%-20%
- Performs other duties as assigned
Equipment Operators Requirements
- Preferred 1 years’ experience - warehouse and inventory material handling
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Highly efficient material handling techniques and skills
- Understanding of inventory software application packages.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to retrieve, analyze, and input data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Construction industry experience a plus
- Forklift experience a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
