Responsibilities:

• Analysis: Review and analyzes the procurement requirements, production schedules, monitoring inventory levels and reconciling inventory levels with planning schedules.
• Schedules: Schedules and expedites production orders to meet customer and corporate requirements.
• Communication: Communicate with manufacturing plants, following up on deliveries with Plants, Warehouses, Purchasing and other internal departments.
• Review: Monitor daily/weekly insufficient, canceled and not promised orders to the want reports. Help internal customers to meet external customer requirements.
• Systems/Policies/Procedures: Contributes to the improvement of departmental systems, policies and procedures required to meet Inventory Planning function objectives.
• Records: Coordinates the phase in/out of new or existing product families. Directing the maintenance of all necessary records to continue the efficient operation of the department.
• Customer Service: Acts a liaison between Inventory Planning, Sales, and Manufacturing to promote cooperation and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Management or related field.
• One year experience in inventory planning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Teams. Spreadsheet generation and excellent communication skills.
• 1-3 years previous experience in Inventory Planning, Logistics, Customer Service or Procurement Operations preferred.
