Ideal candidate for this role:
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with inventory or fulfillment experience. This person will be responsible for making sure our associates are properly uniformed and our vehicles are stocked with the appropriate equipment to service our luxury events. Someone who is able to monitor our fulfillment stock and make sure our inventory does not run low.

Position Description: *
The Inventory Stock Associate is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal staff associates, using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company uniform procedures/ uniform programs as well as communicating effectively with office and field colleagues. The primary function of this role is to perform uniform inventory management (distribution, inventory control, fulfillment & maintenance) vehicle management, automobile maintenance and facility janitorial maintenance.

Responsibilities: *
- Uniform inventory and distribution and drop-off/pick-up from the cleaners as needed.
- Maintenance of uniform inventory and equipment levels using wasp software.
- Tracking outgoing and incoming assets (automobiles, radios, etc) and equipment using bar code
technology and GPS tracking.
- Maintenance of company vehicle cleanliness, mechanical operation and inspections (appointment scheduling, etc).
- Preparing all equipment and uniforms for outgoing events.
- Ensure all equipment, automobiles, and uniforms are returned from incoming events. Report any missing items.
- Janitorial maintenance of the APC facility.
- Assist as needed with processing accident claims.
- Provide excellent customer service to all staff.
- Escalate any issues to Operations Manager
- Generate office correspondences as needed.
- General office duties (i.e. filing, emailing, making copies).
- Assist Operations Manager and Director of Accounting with any special projects.
- Additional ad hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirements: *
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of office/clerical support using Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid driver’s license, free of major traffic offences.
- Ability to travel to various location sites.
- Proper telephone and written etiquette.

Preferred Experience: *
- 1 year of office/administrative experience.
- 1 year of experience as Porter, Dealership Lot Attendant, Driver, CDL, Hospitality, Servers, Servers, Events, Security, Leaders, Automotive, Cashier, Crew Members, Pool, Beach and Cabana.
- 1 year of experience in leadership positions as Shift leader, Supervisor and Manager in industries such as luxury, residential buildings, retail, warehouse, security, hotel, real estate, hospitality, restaurant, shift leaders, porters, automotive.
- Knowledge of inventory systems.

This is a full-time position. Schedule can be altered based on company needs.
Regular days and hours of work:
- 9:30a - 6:00p Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Overtime opportunity during busy season**
