Position Summary:

This position is responsible for performing the tasks involved in inventory control, receiving, and storing semi-conductor fab-related materials, including report generation and reconciliation. It will also include verifying goods received against purchase orders (POs) and maintaining records of received goods.

Essential Functions:

- Oversee inventory and order products and supplies when needed, especially observing long lead time items

• Using single or blanket purchase requests in SAP for both direct and indirect materials
• Establish and maintain appropriate MIN/MAX levels based on fab volume
• Work closely with engineering and operations to ensure consistent supply is on hand at all times
• Coordinate annual physical inventory

- Interview potential vendors and select ones that best meet the needs of the organization
- Evaluate the selection and shipping process and work to improve efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and update inventory as needed
- Verify quantities against Purchase Orders
- Receive orders against P.O.s, input information into the inventory system, and put stock away in various locations
- Preview quarterly expenditure forecast to management
- Utilize P-card to make low dollar, less strategic purchases

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
