Job Summary:

• Inventory Control Coordinator is in control of inventory processes, ensuring inventory is up to date and accurate, repairs are completed on applicable units as requested by banks and credit unions and debtor redemptions are handled properly among other functions.

Essential Functions:

• Own the inventory process from start to finish.
• Establish processes to ensure lot inventory is always up-to-date and accurate.
• Track vehicles left on premises for extended amount of time, work with owners and transportation to get the vehicles off property and returned to the owner.
• Ensure storage is billed and collected on aged units.
• Handle any redemptions (returning vehicles to debtors prior to sale).
• Communicate with bank and credit union customers on any repairs their units may need to drive through the sale.
• Work with the mechanics to ensure approved mechanical repairs are completed prior to the scheduled sale.

Education and Experience:

• 1-3 years Customer Service experience
• Must be able to navigate between computer programs quickly
• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrates ability to be a team player
• Ability to work through and problem solve issues
• Possesses “Big Picture” mentality
