Our Inventory Associate is responsible for ordering, receiving, picking, staging/shipment of parts for our main warehouse, and satellite locations to ensure manufacturing, install, and service teams have needed parts to stay on schedule.

What you will do:

  • Proactively Order parts based on Service, Manufacturing, and Install needs vs stocked qty (considering min/max/ lead time) to ensure all production schedules are met.
  • Ensure efficient ordering and shipping to reduce overall shipping costs.
  • Consistently and methodically follow up with vendors to ensure parts will be received (inbound/outbound) on time and record all actions/communications in the ERP.
  • Unload trucks, put away, label, and record parts received in inventory system.
  • Maintain shop organization by reorganizing part bins when quantities run low. Keep shop clean.
  • Stage and ship correct parts, quantities, kits for manufacturing, service, and install teams and track parts movement in the inventory system. Take pictures, include pick lists.
  • Stock technician vans according to inventory list and stage/ship service restock parts weekly.
  • Assist with cycle counts and ensure inventory system accurately reflects physical inventory locations/quantities.
  • Ensure RMA's are documented/processed timely and credits are received from vendors.

Basic Requirements:

  • Operate forklift and pallet jack and lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Working hours 7am-3:30pm M-F. Overtime as required.
  • Drug Free Workplace. Clean background check and driving record.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain/inventory.
  • Basic computer skills, including understanding of inventory management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
