Premium Concierge
The Premium Concierge serves as liaison between FTX Arena Premium guests and the Arena staff to ensure that Five Star Service is provided as it relates to, but not limited to Ticketing, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and general Arena Operations. The Premium Concierge manage the Premium entrances, from the luxury suite level to center court seats, and assist with guest service issues providing top customer services to the Elite members.
Greeter
The Miami HEAT and FTX Arena are hiring enthusiastic individuals to ‘ELEVATE’ the experience of each guest whom attends or visits our facility. Greeters are responsible for a wide range of duties which include but are not limited to proactively assisting guests with inquiries, directing guests to their seating section, providing accurate facility information (nearest ATM, Guest Services location, store locations, F&B options, interactive experiences taking place during the event, Miami HEAT/FTX Arena upcoming events) and providing a safe environment. Schedule and hours are event based, which primarily take place Monday-Friday in the evening, Saturday/Sunday anytime and holidays.
Retail Associate (Airport)
The Miami HEAT is looking for a Retail Associate at our Miami International Airport Location. You must effectively use product knowledge to sell all merchandise and adhere to the customer service program. High school diploma or general educational degree (GED); Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills preferred.
Retail Sales Associate (Dadeland)
The Retail Sales Associate's main responsibility is to sell merchandise and attend to customers in the Dadeland Mall store. Effectively use product knowledge to sell all merchandise and adhere to the customer service program. Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills preferred.
Receptionist
The Miami HEAT and FTX Arena is looking for a Event Staff Receptionists that are responsible for receiving and directing incoming calls for The Miami Heat/FTX Arena, receiving deliveries, maintaining the in and out log, and other event day front desk operations. Assist with the sorting and distribution of mail, as needed.
Conversion Crew
Conversion crew performs a variety of behind-the-scenes functions for the building like maintaining, moving, storing staging equipment and setting tables, chairs, pipe & drape as directed. You must be available to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) that include different shifts revolving around events at the arena.
