UNC Physicians Network (UNCPN) in partnership with UNC Health Johnston is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained primary care physician to join UNC Primary Care Smithfield, located in Smithfield, NC. This practice meets and exceeds the challenges of providing care to significant patient needs with complex clinical management, patient complexities and chronic disease management. Experienced physicians preferred but will consider new grads. Please Note: Medical Directorship opportunity also available for this position!
Practice Site - Smithfield, NC:
- Complex patient panel (Elderly and Geriatric Patients)
- Lean Management
- Large patient population w/ chronic disease management
- EMR - EPIC
- Adjacent Lab
- 1 MD, 2 NP (1 NP serving acute only patients, Dietician and Social Worker
- Full Time = 36 hours/weekly - Flexible Schedules
