Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed non-profit skilled nursing center located in Baldwinville, MA. Alliance Health at Baldwinville is seeking an Interim Activity Director. We are looking for a team oriented individual to join our activity team.Job duties include:
Manages Activity Department by providing varied activities including seven days a week and some evenings and holidays. Developing and maintaining written activity policies and procedures. Maintaining performance evaluations for Activity personnel. Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing performance improvement program for the Activity Department. Prepare and participate in surveys made by authorized government agencies. Participate in maintaining records of resident’s activity preferences, through interviews, and discussions with family members.
