Job Purpose: Manage the development and implementation of the Intensive In-Home program.

Primary Duties:

Supervision

• Provide direct supervision and oversight for the Intensive In-Home program staff
• Review and approve treatment documentation (i.e., Treatment plan/action plan)

Program Operations

• Ensure Intensive In-Home programs are implemented with fidelity to the model when applicable and are implemented as described in the program plan.
• Ensure agency/program needs are met through regular, documented direct contact with staff
• Ensure that all program paperwork is completed and submitted both timely and accurately
• Complete quarterly reviews with the assistance of the Quality Assurance Coordinator.
• Apply sound risk management controls related to all program procedures, client care, and staff support
• Provide active oversight of all contract procedures, services, and evaluations.
• Monitor internal/external agency service audits and/or investigations
• Provide appropriate corrective actions plans for staff when necessary
• Monitor and maintain program utilization and initiate action to ensure census management to meet program goals
• Responsible for knowing and tracking program budget

Public Relations/Marketing: Assist in representing agency and advocating for needed services in the service area

Other: Identify barriers to the process and develop strategies to overcome them, other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Licensing Requirements:

Minimum: Master’s Degree in Human Services and previous supervisory experience.

Desired: LCSW or LCPC plus previous therapy/wraparound experience in social services and/or child welfare.

Miscellaneous:

• Pass all pre-employment drug screens, background clearances, and maintain driving clearances

• Must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of families including some evenings and occasional weekend hours

• Required to work in clients’ homes and community settings

• Required travel to sites throughout identified service area

• Required successful completion of training in multiple evidence informed models including but not limited to Botvin Life Skills, Wraparound, Triple P Parenting, and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Skills:

• Ability to lead a diverse team of professionals working in a broad geographic service area

• Commitment to learning and following the principles of several models including Botvin Life Skills, Wraparound, Triple P Parenting, TF-CBT

• Excellent problem solving, organization, communication both written & verbal and basic computer skills
