As a member of the IT Enterprise Data and Solutions department, the Integration Analyst provides application integration support for our institutional Salesforce CRM, Workday HCM, and other enterprise systems. The Integration Analyst is focused on delivering high-quality integration services by utilizing state-of-the-art web services technology to improve application interoperability, process automation, and cross-system data synchronization that meet business requirements and data quality standards. The role is responsible for requirement gathering, design, development, data mapping, testing, migration, and maintenance of Salesforce, Workday, and other auxiliary campus systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for integration services across major campus systems including Salesforce Faculty CRM, Banner Student, Workday Finance and HR, Argos Business Intelligence data platform, and other cross-campus business functions for new solution implementation, campus strategic initiatives or customer support.
- Provides SME administrative and development support for Salesforce through developing reports/dashboards, manage user/group access, cloud application integrations (Form Assembly, Adobe Sign), monitor/maintain optimal performance, integrate new data from external application sources (through Heroku and Snaplogic), and expand platform using latest technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem (including Flows, Apex batch classes, Aura Component, Lightning web component, JavaScript, VisualForce, Developer Console, etc.).
- Provide integration support through managing SnapLogic pipeline, creating endpoints for real time data synchronization, monitor, identify and fix data integrity issues between source and destination systems.
- Independently lead feature releases, collaborating with functional users and steering committees to define needs, implement, test, deploy, train, and monitor performance of enterprise-managed systems.
- Develop integrations ensuring accurate and secure, endpoint data delivery and data synchronizations among enterprise systems or third-party cloud-based platforms, including but not limited to Banner, Workday, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, ID Card management, EMS, Housing or Canvas.
- Support of Workday for HCM, Finance, Benefit and Payroll through enhancing existing integrations, solving issues with integrated systems. debugging file transfer failures/data issues with outside vendors and providing report writing services.
- Maintain proper documentation of technical specifications, data definitions, and process workflows in the enterprise data catalog, Data Cookbook.
- Assist Project Managers to scope out projects and define technical specs; work with functional users to gain shared understandings of integration impact on business processes.
- Adhere to data governance standard operations when working with institutional data and follow IT change management practices with system configurations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field is required. Associate Degree with related work experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in application development, data integration and system support.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or similar technical skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing or supporting Workday. Core competencies include Workday integration, EIB and report development
- Strong SOAP solution interface, XML and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) file formats, RESTful APIs, HTTP, and open standard protocols such as HTML5, XML based protocols, API service-oriented architecture design principles. JSON, endpoint integration and GIT.
- Proficient with Oracle development including PL/SQL, SQL, views, trigger, and the use of endpoint APIs, Ethos Integration and Web Service technology.
- Strong API Web Services development skills, Tomcat web server configuration and deployment
- Experience with integration process scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, relaunch, and integration components migration.
- Able to identify and pull together the appropriate individuals across teams, including functional users, and leadership team for collaboration on issues or accomplishing new integration initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Data Architect, Platform App Builder or other relevant certifications is a plus
- Workday Finance and Procurement integration experience
- Snaplogic pipeline development and integration experience
- Industry-leading digital form and workflow development experience
- Familiarity navigating a College Student Information Systems and underlying data structure with broad technical knowledge on data integrations/interfaces with various third-party vendors.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
