The Charles Evans Center (CEC) is a not-for-profit health services organization providing comprehensive medical, dental and mental health services. Our team based approach puts patients at the center of their care. Using the highest standard of medical care; we give the patients the tools they need to achieve their best health.

We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to conduct intake evaluations for new Charles Evans Center patients. The Center is a 22,000 square-foot healthcare and adult services center which enables CEC to provide the highest quality of care in an environment that reflects the respect and commitment we have for individuals with developmental disabilities. It’s designed to enhance CEC’s services under one roof and will promote the integration of medical and behavioral health disciplines to improve patient outcomes.

We require:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• License for Social Work Certification by New York State
• Current New York State Registration of Social Work license
