Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers the Northwest's leader in alcohol and other drug treatment is looking for an Admissions Coordinator, in our Renton location. Full time, afternoon/evening shifts. The Admissions Coordinator would answer Multi-Line telephones, screen and route calls for multiple locations. Coordinates all facility appointments. SUDPT/SUDP license desired. Phone assessment and pre-authorizations are often completed by this department. Is first contact for all parties seeking treatment. Authorizes insurance benefits, assures eligibility and makes financial arrangements with patients or family. Ability to work with alcoholics/addicts and their families under conditions of crisis or stress, handle pressure and have a professional attitude in all dealings with patients, their families and other staff.
