Auditor

A global insurance organization is seeking an Auditor to support their Account Services team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical and has strong deductive reasoning skills to join a stable organization that offers a ton of upward mobility. The focus of the position is to audit/inspect ceding companies regarding billing/cession accuracy or reserving, disputes over the allocation of indemnity and expense payments or the interpretation of contract wording.

**25% domestic travel required. During nontravel weeks you will be in the office 2 days a week. **

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze Contract, Underwriting, Claims and Accounting information in preparation for ceding company reviews.
• Participate in reviews at ceding company and/or MGA offices, or remotely.
• Evaluate accuracy and completeness of ceding company reports.
• Identify cause/effect of errors and omissions. Develop recommendations for corrective actions.
• Prepare written reports explaining the findings of ceding company reviews.
• Assist in the follow-up on corrective action required because of ceding company reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
