Aflac Regional office in Terre Haute, IN is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to continue growing our awarding winning sales team! We are building our team to meet the demands of our clients in a professional sales environment.
We are seeking candidates to fill 3 openings for our Benefits Associate positions in the Indy area. This is a Business-to-Business position that offers a strong performance-based compensation opportunity, flexible schedules with no nights, weekends or holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus money while training during your first 3 months and $13,700 (in bonus) over the first year.
Aflac Benefits Associate JOB DESCRIPTION: Aflac is looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals for position to work in a professional business-to-business sales environment. Management opportunities are available. Prior Sales experience is welcome, but not necessary. We offer great training with Aflac Sales Academy world-class training program.
Top-Notch Incentives: Benefits include stock bonus program, bonus rewards, and exotic trips. Compensation is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process. However, it is a combination structure that includes Commission, Residuals, Bonuses, and Stocks.
