Fitch Design Studio (Fitch Construction, Inc.) is growing and looking to add an Installed Sales Coordinator within our windows/doors and skylights division. The Installed Sales Coordinator acts as the front line in achieving the company goals of superior product quality and superior customer service satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains material and parts ordering based upon material lists provided by Production Manager.
• Contacts vendors for material lists price quotes, while shopping for best price and product quality.
• Contacts vendors for delivery and shipping dates, then updates department and scheduling as needed.
• Helps keep job schedules up-to-date and oversees scheduling jobs while communicating with Production and Service Department.
• Assists with the applying for and receiving of appropriate permits in those jurisdictions which require permitting. Calling townships for certificate copies, applying payments for certificates, coordinating inspections, etc.
• Helps prepare any work orders, completion forms, or other customer paperwork for upcoming jobs. Helps keep customer job folders and file receipts, invoices, quotes in respective folders when needed.
• Maintains excellent customer communication before, during, and conclusion of all projects. Provides customer with material ordering updates/deliveries, scheduling tech measures, work scheduling changes, any project updates while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Experience:
Knowledge of construction related principles; 1-3 years with windows/doors/skylights installation or product knowledge
Qualifications:

• Knowledge of inventory and procurement practices
• Ability to order and manage inventory
• Ability to communicate with others and collaborate as needed
• Results orientated
• Strong customer service skills
