Larry's Heating and Cooling is growing and we're looking for people who know how to service and install heating and cooling equipment in the Yankton and Vermilion area.
Our Installation Technicians are the happiest by far! We stay busy all year long. Which means no layoffs in almost 40 years of business. We have a very large and very loyal client base. We do serious weekly training and opportunities for one-on-one training with our incredible leaders, senior installers, and utilize outside training labs as needed.
We have fun at work - no really we do, we're not just saying that! We have the BEST schedule! Our employees love and appreciate our Family First attitude.

- All Employees must have a Good Attitude,
- You must have a passion for helping people.
- You must be well-groomed, dependable and drug-free have a clean driving record.
- Current driver's license along with the ability and desire to learn and continue learning.
