Device Diagnosis: Assess and troubleshoot mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues. Utilize diagnostic tools, manuals, and technical expertise to determine the cause of problems.

Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs on mobile devices, including but not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, port repairs, data recovery, and component-level repairs. Follow established repair procedures and safety guidelines to ensure the quality and reliability of repairs.

Software Updates and Configuration: Install, update, and configure operating systems, firmware, and software applications on mobile devices. Ensure compatibility and functionality of software with the respective devices.

Data Transfer and Backup: Assist customers with data transfer and backup services, ensuring the safe transfer of personal data from one device to another. Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive data during the transfer process.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure they meet performance standards and functional requirements. Verify that all repairs have been completed accurately and document the details of the repair process.

Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing technical assistance, answering questions, and offering recommendations for device maintenance and usage. Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of replacement parts, tools, and equipment needed for repairs. Keep track of stock levels, place orders for replenishment, and ensure proper documentation of parts used for repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training in electronics, mobile device repair, or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mobile device hardware, operating systems (such as iOS, Android), and software applications.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment for mobile device repairs.
• Solid understanding of electronics and circuitry, including the ability to read schematics and use basic electronic testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and repairing mobile devices.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with customers and provide technical assistance.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulations governing the repair and handling of electronic devices.
