Overview

Business to business inside sales/account executive position, with compensation that is a combination of base salary and commission bonuses. Founded in 1984, North Central Companies is one of the most well-known agricultural commodity suppliers in the country, with expertise in the pet food, feed, food, nutrition, fertilizer, and other industries.

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle. This includes prospecting for potential customers, to making deals, overseeing logistics, and building and maintaining relationships.

While these additional responsibilities broaden the scope of the job, this is rewarded with a generous, industry-leading commission structure with no ceiling, providing high income opportunity for those willing to work intelligently and creatively. Starting salary is entry level, but most veteran salespeople make over $200k, with many of them making considerably more. You will be surrounded by 50+ other successful salespeople, many with over 20 years of experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
