We are seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our Hazelwood, MO location!
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer service. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with no nights or weekends required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with phone and will-call sales of HVAC parts and supplies, with no cold calling involved
- Receive and process requests for quotations, orders, and lead times via phone, fax, and email
- Follow up with customers regarding pricing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with manufacturers to obtain current lead time information and customer delivery requirements
- Collaborate with outside sales team to address customer-related needs and provide exceptional service
- Educate customers about product technology, features, and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment
- Ability to successfully sell products and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively
- Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at multiple levels
- Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism in all interactions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Epicor Eclipse/Solar
- Knowledge of HVAC products and industry
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
