This position is onsite, working in a professional setting while using your customer skills to grow and enhance the customer experience at Mid-State Truck Service.
As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be part of an energetic team of professionals who are committed to educating customers and providing superior service. Hours will be full time, Monday - Friday with a rotation on Saturdays (IN DULUTH ONLY)
Pay is starting between $17-$20 per hour.
Location: Virginia and Duluth, Minnesota
Responsibilities will include:
1) Assist customers in selecting required parts, educate customers on new products, and ensure that the customer has knowledge of our full product line while in person and/or over the phone.
2) Assist the Service Department in fulfilling parts needed for repairs in process.
3) Additional Parts Department daily functions will be taught by the Parts Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
-High school diploma or the equivalent.
-Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
-One year of experience in a heavy-duty diesel parts department preferred.
-One year of sales experience preferred.
-Ability to work well with the public; sometimes with several customers at a time.
Mid-State Truck Service, Inc is a second-generation family-owned and operated full-service dealership, established in 1965. With 8 locations, spanning across Central and Western Wisconsin and now into Northern Minnesota, Mid-State Truck Service provides the region with a wide selection of new and used, medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks as well as school and commercial buses.
