Growth Potential:

We are looking for a candidate that is looking to grow with a great organization. This is a Base + Commission sales position. The opportunity to earn income will increase with the expansion of the business. Wildcat Movers experienced 74% growth in 2021, 40% growth in 2022, and we are aiming for another 40% growth year in 2023.

Compensation:

• Hourly: $12/Hour. $1,920/month
• Commission: 5% Gross Sales. $2,500-$4,000/month
• $54,000-$74,000 per year.
• Potential to make $100,000+
• Training Compensation: $20/hr first 4 weeks. No commission.

Company Information:

• Location: 4545 Spring Valley Rd Dallas TX 75244
• MUST live within 30 minutes of our office to get an interview.
• MUST have reliable transportation to and from work. Work starts promptly at 8 am.
• We are looking for a hard working individual that will fit well with our team. We do monthly "Hang Outs" with our employees. In the past we have done paint ball, Top Golf, and Dallas Stars games. Attendance at hang outs are optional. Come work at a great organization.

Requirements:

• Good organization skills.
• Good communication skills. Friendly phone demeanor.
• Use CRM (customer relationship management) to manage inbound leads.
• Answer the phones. Respond to emails, and other messages.
• Gather information about the move.
• Provide accurate estimates.
• Book Deal or set Follow Up date with potential customer.
• Virtual In Home Estimates using video calls.
• Prepare invoices the day before the moves are to be executed.

Schedule

5 Days per week. May include weekends after training period.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
