Road Machinery & Supplies Co. (RMS) is a distributor of Heavy Construction Equipment. Our growth has created an opportunity for the right candidate to join our team as an Inside Sales Coordinator, Aftermarket Products at our Bondurant, IA location. This role will be responsible for helping drive increased revenue through marketing and sales activities for parts and service company- wide and will serve as the sales coordinator for the RMS PSSR (Product Support Sales Representative). This individual will be responsible for sourcing parts, preparing quotes, and invoicing sales to achieve the company’s aftermarket and related sales growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Support Sales Representatives throughout the Midwest
- Coordinate and support growth in parts and service sales
- Look up, source, and price parts
- Facilitate and prepare quotes for Major Rebuilds
- Facilitate and prepare quotes for the sales and installation of undercarriage components
- Identify market opportunities for the Product Support Department
- Research parts solutions for customers – OEM and aftermarket solutions
- Process and invoice sales orders
- Utilize company, vendor, and industry resources to constantly grow knowledge of equipment and applicable parts
- Create and receive vendor purchase orders
- Actively support various special projects
- Other responsibilities as defined by management may also be assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- Computer skills and the ability to use multiple software programs to perform daily tasks.
- Experience with parts sales – construction equipment parts experience is a plus but not required.
- Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
- Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
- Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
