Job description

This job consists of calling people that are already our customers, and getting them scheduled for their free annual inspection.

Duties include:

• Scheduling appointments
• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Administrative tasks (filing, paperwork, etc.)
• A million other possibilities

There is an opportunity to earn commission when customers sign up for an additional service as result of an inspection you scheduled. Hourly payrates are between $15-$16, and any commission is paid out as a monthly bonus on top of that. Bonuses vary quite a bit, but an average of $500 is within reach, and over $1,000 is possible for especially high performers.

Our company has grown from 4,000 to 90,000 customers withing the last 6 years, thanks in part to our fanatical dedication to customer service, and also keeping our team happy.

We project 150,000 customers by the end of 2023. With major growth comes major potential for a career path. The majority of our management team, from Vice Presidents to Department Managers - started in an entry level role within the last 5 years.
