INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Position Summary:

In this key position, the Inside Sales Account Executive will play a pivotal role in our continued success and revenue growth! You will lead business development initiatives by selling customized technology solutions to existing and new customers. To be successful, you approach each customer interaction with an eye towards a variety of possible technology products for the customer that will help them achieve their business goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and qualify IT sales opportunities with existing and new customers; with a focus on developing new customer relationships and follow up on leads through phone contact.
  • Consult with decision makers to understand their IT needs and business goals and offer 2NDGEAR’s solutions to their IT challenges.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time. Monitor inventory levels to avoid product shortages
  • Obtain customer feedback and continually work to improve products and services
  • Resolve customer requests, and issues working with 2NDGEAR support staff
  • Meet annual established sales goals

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales role.
  • Knowledge of computers, software, or technology is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service focus, consultative approach, and enjoy solving problems.
  • Results driven, self-motivated, a need to achieve and be the best!
