Job description

Lakeview Nursing and Rehabilitation is now hiring for a Registered Nurse with experience in Infection Prevention to Join Our Team!

Responisabilities are:

Antibiotic Stewardship

COVID Testing and Tracking

Infection Control

SWAT (Skin and Nutrition – monitoring weight loss)

Other duties assigned by DON.

Must have current license in the State of IL
