First Step Therapy is an Early Steps Provider Agency. We are seeking Early Intervention professionals to cover cases in Clermont and surrounding areas for pediatric 0-3 development.

Active Early Steps credentials are required for this position.

This is a 1099 contract position.

First Step Therapy is credentialed with all the major insurance carriers

An ITDS is a non-licensed provider of Early Intervention Services (EI Services). The ITDS focuses on infant/toddler development and ways to promote development and learning, including designing learning environments and activities to promote development across all domains. The ITDS, in consultation with other early intervention providers on the child and family's team, assists the family in understanding the special needs of the child and enhancing the child's development. The ITDS is one of many providers who provide Early Intervention Services (EI Services) and is eligible to enroll as an EI provider in Florida Medicaid.

*Candidates wishing to be considered MUST have a Bachelors Degree at the minimum.

-Preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in early childhood education or early childhood/special education, child and family development, family life specialist, communication sciences, psychology, or social work.

-Other degrees not listed above must have 5 years of hands on experience with children 0-5 years old post degree.

**Speech therapist assistants are encourage to apply.
