HVAC technician position,

Leadec services is currently hiring for a detailed-oriented, dependable technician to join our growing team. The technician’s responsibilities include monitoring and servicing current systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment. Responsible for running tests and completing proper reports. Responsible for updating and improving existing equipment, and repairing and replacing faulty equipment. This person will need to collaborate with professionals and to make useful recommendations wherever possible.

This technician will need to be successful at demonstrating strong self-discipline and a passion for technology. Outstanding technicians posses sound knowledge of their trade and suburb active listening skills.

Technician Responsibilities:

· Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.

· Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.

· Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.

· Writing up reports, safety regulations and preventative maintenance plans.

· Sourcing of replacement parts.

· Repairing and replacing faulty parts and equipment.

· Fabricating any needed components.

· Ability to work on Chillers, RTU and air compressor systems.

· Ability to work with others as well as solo.

Technician Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· A relevant degree, certification or license is required.

· Field experience.

· Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.

· Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.

· Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

· Ability to follow health and safety regulations.

· Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.

· Must be on-call for emergency services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)
