TR Miller Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is a fast-growing company, and we're looking for HVAC Service Technicians who genuinely care about the customer and look at this opportunity as not just a job, but a career. Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for helping our customers keep their heating and cooling equipment in great shape.
Responsibilities
Run 3-5 maintenance and/or service calls daily- Be professional and authentic when working with our customers
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
- Maintain communication with the team
- Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose residential heating and cooling equipment
- Offer solutions based on our customer's needs
Pay and Benefits
Pay: $24-$40 per hour with additional bonus pay- 8-hour shift, with a regular schedule and no on call.
