What You'll Do

• Assist the install lead in performing high-quality installs of residential HVAC systems
• Create a lasting impression on the client by giving 5-star customer service
• Expand your knowledge as an HVAC technician and build a lasting career!

What Does It Take?

• 1-2 years of experience
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification required
• Clear Drug Screening, Background Check – 2nd Chance Opportunity
• High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to make friendly connections with their team and customers.
• Safety is always on your mind. Whether it be on the road, or in the field.
