POSITION TITLE: Inside Sales Associate

DEPARTMENT: Customer Service

REPORTS TO: Commercial Sales Manager

PURPOSE: To serve as the principal day-to-day business contact between the Company and its Customers with a focus on multi-family HVAC sales and order management, providing a wide variety of services in support of the Company’s sales, profitability, and Customer Service objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Possess a working knowledge of HVAC equipment, application, specifications, schedules and the ability to do take-off’s and schedules.

Process, interpret and coordinate the filling of customer orders to meet and exceed the customer’s requirements and expectations while complying with Company policies, procedures, and directives.

Proactively contact customers via phone, fax, e-mail and text to promote sales, monthly specials, and marketing programs.

Maintain a neat and orderly work area.

Demonstrate computer proficiency in order to perform all job-related functions.

Present a professional image of Company and self through phone and counter courtesies, written and verbal communications, personal dress and hygiene.

Maintain close contact and rapport with customers through contact and active involvement in industry organizations.

Coordinate virtually all Company functions to achieve desired level of service.

Develop and maintain working knowledge of all Company processes, policies and procedures with comprehensive knowledge in areas of specific responsibilities.

Maintain a “Customer Focus” spirit with all Customers and Company employees.
