JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Human Resources Recruiter will help Pueblo Mechanical & Controls successfully grow by filling positions with quality candidates. This individual will manage the entire recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers:
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on available positions, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Create job postings and advertisement processes. Monitor and track same.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create and update job descriptions.
Screen and select qualified candidates for all positions.
Schedule interviews and assist Hiring Managers with conducting interviews.
Collaborate with the hiring managers and the HR Team during the offer and pre-employment process.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with sensitive and confidential information.
Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, preparation, collection and hand-off of completed pre-hire documentation; internal company postings and communications regarding positions available and promotions.
REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment - Candidates with experience recruiting for mechanical contractors are highly encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Paycor ATS experience a PLUS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to juggle multiple hiring pipelines and open roles.
Ability to work independently with the ability to take initiative.
Detail oriented, organized self-starter with an ability to prioritize work load.
Professional image in appearance, words and actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
