Job Overview:
We expect you to be able to handle all human resources related functions. From personal and confidential paperwork to team member and guest related issues. It is your responsibility to direct and ensure there's effective communication between leadership and our team members. Human resources is also in charge of recruiting, training, and terminating employees. We require you to learn and enforce the Chick-fil-A culture daily. It is MANDATORY to work in restaurant operations (help where needed: cashier, running orders, etc.)

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound emails
- Respond to complaints
- Maintain past and present files (digital and paper)
- Liaison for team members
- Manage personal and confidential paperwork
- Conduct quarterly and annual reviews for team member compensation
- Administrator for new, current and terminated employees
- Assist with effective recruiting and interviewing to hire qualified team members. Handle all new hire paperwork.
- Submitting payroll
- MANDATORY to work in restaurant operations
- Provide support to team members and guests with various HR related topics
- Collaborate with store directors to complete a shared task
- Maintain effective company/ employee communication
- Assist with team member training
- Enforce rules and Chick-fil-A culture daily
- Multitask and help where needed
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Position Qualifications:
- 1 year Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Management or other related field (preferred)
- Great communication
- Knowledge of HR payroll systems
- Knowledge of scheduling tools
- Customer service experience (required)
