HR Strategies Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Workforce Management
- Plan and optimize headcounts for each HR team (Recruitment, ER, T&D, C&B)
- Manage and respond to employee relations issues regarding HR workforce (Sr. specialists, specialists, assistants)
- Coach and train sr. specialists and the specialists that they will supervise to develop professional/general competencies related to HR
- Appraise the sr. specialists' and specialists' performance and give productive feedback
- Address complaints and resolve problems of sr. specialists and specialists
Performance Management
- Get reports on key HR activities/results on a weekly basis
- Assign and direct work according to HR plan for each HR team (Recruitment, ER, T&D, C&B)
- Responsible for achieving, monitoring, reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Confer with other managers to coordinate activates in related departments
- Interpret company policy to sr. specialists and specialists
- Collect and voice opinions when the revision and/or establishment of new work procedures are needed
Operation Management
- Manage HR team: Recruitment and selection process, Employee relations, Training and development, and compensation & benefits plans.
Other Tasks Assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience and 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in battery, automotive parts, or automobile manufacturing industries preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Commerce, GA 30529: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Automotive or Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Compensation or Pay Roll: 3 years (Preferred)
