To expand our Human Resources Department, Saber Healthcare Group is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as a HR Generalist. This role will provide support to our communities as they navigate throught the various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Long Term Care. We are looking for strong individuals to join our team!

Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Minimum of TWO (2) year experience in Human Resources Generalist and/or related role
  • Experience providing generalist (HR) support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.
  • Recruiting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of benefits and benefit administration a plus
  • Previous experience overseeing multiple facilities or locations is preferred.
  • Ability to take the lead on a variety of project work, desire to collaborate with team members and the ability to critically think through assigned tasks/projects.
  • Must have knowledge of Union contract and/or labor-management
  • Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology is required with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of benefits administration is a plus!
  • Work with a team to provide HR support to our facilities
  • Employee Development and Training
  • Investigates and facilitates employee relations issues
  • Participates in Employee Onboarding and Orientation for Corporate and Regional staff
