Human Resources Director

Summary:

Emerald Care Center Claremore is currently seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Director who has the skill set to plan, direct, and coordinate the HR/Payroll administrative functions in a Long- Term Care/Skilled Nursing Setting. Interested candidates should have experience in Nursing Home Management, comprehensive knowledge of both Federal and State labor laws and practices, extensive knowledge in processing payroll, employee recruitment and retention strategies, and employee benefit management.

Job Functions:

  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, pay changes, etc.
  • Work with Facility Administrators to ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll, wage and hour laws, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in HR/PR Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
