HR Assistant/Recruiter

RiP USA, Inc. (RIP), currently has an opening for a part-time HR Assistant/Recruiter is based in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, with operations throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, New York, and Texas. This person will report to RiP’s headquarters in Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

RiP is a veteran-owned private security company that strives to push its employees to grow into the best version of themselves by offering continuous company trainings and a company culture that breeds self-improvement, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• High Volume Recruiting
• Assist with Onboarding
• Create and maintain employee files
• Assist with company culture management
• Administrative duties that include: answering phones, greeting visitors, setting up for meetings, management of all shipping and incoming mail.
• Traveling to different locations as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required
• Strong work ethic
• Extremely Organized
• Ability to Multi-Task and re-prioritize throughout the day
• Able to effectively file documents electronically and by hand
• Energetic
