Growing Tech company looking for a part-time HR person with some basic accounting skills. This opportunity could grow into a full time position with benefits. Initially it would be 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Experience:
HR minimum 3 years, Basic Accounting minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
Review & approve employee timesheets per company guidelines
· Determine whether employee timesheets are billable
· Billing as needed
· Process, submit & record weekly payroll
· Calculate & process monthly commissions & stipends
· Calculate & process weekly mileage & expense reimbursements
· Approve/deny time off requests appropriately
· Manage onboarding, terminations, annual reviews, salary changes, etc.
· Confirm accuracy of 401k & Profit Sharing benefits
· Process bonuses & performance incentives as needed
· Process worker’s comp & liability COI’s as needed
· Coordinate quarterly events
· Scan documents into virtual filing system
· Run misc. errands for kitchen supplies, Friday bagels, employee birthdays, etc.
· Create SOP’s as needed

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
