The responsibilities and duties of the Human Resource Assistant position may include:
- Support and Collaborate with each department to understand the hiring needs of the organization
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of all team members
- Compliance with State and Federal requirements for the organization
- Oversee all personnel, medical, and Title 22 Compliance files and paperwork
- Coaching soccer classes weekly depending on your availability
Required
- Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
- Minimum of a 1-year commitment to our team
- Certified/Degree in Human Resources or related working experience
- 12 units in Early Childhood Education or willingness to enroll immediately
- Knowledge of Title 22 state requirements
- CPR certified or willing to get certified
- Knowledge of state and federal compliance
- Flexible hours
- $17-$22/hr DOE
