This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department both administratively and through communication with employees, managers, and others with HR-related inquiries. Duties include: Assisting employees and managers with basic questions about procedures, policies and benefits including health insurance and 401(k); Creating new hire/termination packets, insurance packets, and other HR materials; Assisting with data entry into payroll/HRMS software; Helping with Spanish translation; Assisting with various mandatory government reporting and audits; Filing and general office organization; Answering phones; Preparing correspondence; Ordering office supplies; and performing other duties and projects as assigned.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate including MS Excel and Word, be able to multitask, and maintain utmost confidentiality at all times. Requires previous experience in office administration, ideally in an HR setting. Bilingual strongly preferred.
