AISIN Automotive Casting Tennessee (AACT) is part of a global manufacturer of automotive parts to several major automotive assembly plants including Toyota, Nissan, and GM.
AISIN Tennessee is accepting resumes for the Human Resources Specialist position for Clinton, TN.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Administration of company policies related to all human resource activities.
- Payroll processing
- ADP system management.
- Benefit enrollment and support
- Recruiting support
- Responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- 3-5 years human resource experience.
- A B.S. in Human Resources and PHR certification is preferred.
- ADP payroll processing experience preferred.
