Human Resource Generalist
Full-Time
Richmond, VA
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager located at another facility, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day HR functions within a manufacturing facility with approximately 60 employees. This role will also help support corporate-wide HR initiatives for multiple locations. Areas of support will include recruiting, supporting HR policies, payroll, safety, orientation, training, investigations, and employee relations.

Human Resource Generalist Background Profile:
- BS degree preferred
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Prior experience with HRIS and payroll software
- Strong MS office skills
- Able to travel several weeks a year to the corporate office
