HRIS Analyst – Workday – Fully Remote (UK)

Keylime Consultants are supporting an international Workday Client and we are looking for a new HRIS Analyst to join their HR team as the main point of contact for any Workday related matters.

This is a permanent role, paying up to around £65,000 + bonus and benefits. You’d be able to work fully remotely, with occasional travel to North Yorkshire.

The role will mostly support Workday, with some additional responsibilities over Cornerstone for LMS.

As a HRIS Analyst you will be responsible for providing Workday and Cornerstone support to users across 20+ countries, maintaining the system and ensuring smooth HR transactions as well as data quality and support on HR Analytics and Reporting. Following a number of organisational changes planned for 2023, the HRIS Analyst will be involved in several Workday optimisation projects, including the implementation of Recruiting in different countries, new Performance processes and the optimisation of Onboarding.

HRIS Analyst – Workday – Required Profile:

• Strong Workday knowledge, including configuration skills on at least Core HCM
• Knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Absence, Benefits and/or Talent & Performance is an advantage
• Good Workday Reporting skills, with ability to build new Reports and maintain existing ones
• Experience of EIBs and Data Loading in Workday
• Previous experience in a similar role, supporting Workday users, ideally within an international environment
• Experience of Cornerstone will be highly beneficial
• Eligibility to live and work in UK without Visa restrictions
