Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Support and System Maintenance:

  • Provide system support, including researching and resolving HCM problems or unexpected
    results. Recommend solutions or alternate methods for solution.
  • Aid with HCM configuration, security and role administration as well as overall
    functionality/performance for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects.
  • Partner with HR team members to document process flows and seek ways to implement
    automation and process improvements through system enhancements, integrations, and other
    innovative solutions.
    Generating Reports, Dashboards and Queries
  • Generate reports/queries including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or
    queries utilizing appropriate reporting and analysis tools; assist in development standard reports
    for ongoing needs; assist in maintaining data integrity in system by running queries, auditing data
    and updating data as necessary.
  • Ability to add visualization of HR statistics through graphs, charts and other tools.
  • Ensure proper governmental reporting and compliance (e.g. EEO)
  • Support the reporting of key metrics for month-end reporting, company KPI dashboard, HR
    scorecards and compliance related audits.
  • Collaborate with Payroll Manager to support company ERP for timecard processing.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

  • Broad understanding of general human resource practices
  • Knowledge of procedures for recruitment, compensation and benefits, information systems and
    timecard/payroll processing.
  • Ability to provide guidance and advice to groups based upon HCM related topics
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to compile, code, categorize, tabulate, audit and verify data from a variety of
    sources
  • Ability to identify the underlying principles, reasons or facts by breaking down information
    or data into separate parts
  • Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to recommend the best solution to
    resolve the problem for the end user.
  • Develop cooperative working relationships with internal and external audiences
  • Communicate (verbal or written) with employees, supervisor and external business partners to
    answer questions and distribute information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Bus Administration, Computer science or related field
  • 3-5 year experience working with a HCMS, HRIS or Enterprise Resource Planning
    System
  • One to three years’ experience analyzing data and creating, using and communicating data in the
    form of reports or dashboards
  • One to three years’ experience in project management

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work 8 hours
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Hybrid-occasional – in office 1-2 days/month
