Job description
- General duties are performed to include, but not limited to; greet internal and external customers, photocopying, faxing, typing, filing, sorting documents and mail. Maintains adequate supply of office and educational activity supplies and distributes reference materials.
- Assist processing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate coding for Accounts Payable. Ensures office equipment is operational and schedules building maintenance.
- The HR workflow log is maintained and separation notices are generated and mailed. Additional clerical functions may be assigned by HR managers as needed.
Requirements:
2-3 Years of Clerical experience, Required
Human Resources or Healthcare experience, Preferred
College degree, Preferred
Location: St. Joseph's/Candler ยท System - Human Resources
Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8:00am - 4:30pm
