*Job Title: Human Resources Manager* *Position Title: *Human Resource Manager *Category/Shift*: Salaried Full-Time *Physical Location: *Indianapolis, IN *The Job You Will Perform: * * Provide support to several corrugated manufacturing plants, requiring regular travel to all facilities. * Work collaboratively with Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management to provide superior human resources services to our employees and the facility. * Support a broad range of human resource activities including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, employee relations, employee benefits, compliance training, and leadership development. * Hands on position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization. * Entry level and developmental position in the function. *The Skills You Will Bring: * * Highly motivated, engaged, committed individual that has an interest and background in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment. * Bachelor of Science degree in business, human resources or a related field is required. * Minimum 4-6 years multi-faceted Human Resources Generalist experience within a manufacturing environment. * Experience with both union and union-free location a plus * Excellent communication interpersonal and change management skills * Ability to lead and influence others * Demonstrated ability in managerial courage * Flexibility as it relates to work hours and work location during the week. * Ability to work independently. * Customer focused. * Problem solving, organizational, communication and people skills. * Functional/technical skills, action oriented, managerial courage, dealing with ambiguity, career ambition, command skills, motivating others, drive for results, strategic agility and building effective teams. *The Benefits You Will Enjoy: * * Paid time off including Vacation and Holidays * Retirement and 401k Matching Program * Medical & Dental * Education & Development (including Tuition Reimbursement) * Life & Disability Insurance *The Career You Will Build: * * Leadership training * Promotional opportunities *The Impact You Will Make: * We continue to build a better future for people, the plant, and our company!
