General Responsibilities:

This position provides frontline, day-to-day support in administering human resources policies and programs covering a broad range of HR topics, including recruiting, reporting, employee relations & support, training & development, benefits administration, succession planning, and HR initiatives to support business strategies.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Define and maintain job descriptions and job postings
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  • Conducts interviews and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings; determines current salary ranges; and negotiates offers.
  • Provide all necessary reports to corporate.
  • Lead in company annual review process
  • Conduct benefit meetings with new hires and assist in Open Enrollment Process
  • Recruitment – full cycle
  • Training and onboarding of new employees
  • Strongly desired payroll experience using Paylocity
  • Coordinate resolution of all benefit related employee issues
  • Assist in maintaining the company's compliance with various governmental regulations affecting employment.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and assist in the development of action plans based on the results
  • Maintain and update New Hire Orientation for all new hires
  • Support and administer the onboarding processes of new employees
  • Conduct Exit Interviews
  • Attend regional HR meetings and maintain active communication with HR professionals

Education and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field; EXPERIENCE MAY SERVE AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR BACHELOR'S DEGREE
  • 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, and employee relations experience
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process
  • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional soft skills

HYBRID SCHEDULE: 3 office and 2 work from home days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
