Pay: $15.56/hr
Experience with I-9 is highly preferred.
Job Description:
- Manage queue of assigned cases and ensure timely processing occurs within specified service level agreement.
- Utilize case management tool to determine assignments and priorities.
- Maintain a useful working knowledge of company policies, procedures, government regulations and commonly accepted business ethics.
- Maintain a clear understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to assigned areas and projects.
- Work with Center of Expertise members to provide high-level focused quality customer service and resolution to non-routine escalated inquiries.
- Assist with ongoing operational processes and audits to ensure business line needs are met and all service level agreements are adhered to.
- Handle sensitive company and personal information, which requires a high degree of confidentiality.
- Employ a risk-based approach to problem solving.
- Researches and resolves discrepancies within service requests;
- Performs support for service requests, such as (but not limited to): Employment Verifications, I-9, Personnel Files, Imaging, Subpoenas, Tuition Reimbursement, Backup Day Care Reimbursement, etc.
